Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact our support team at infos@pawhavenstore.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping issues

  • Items marked as final sale


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
